The path

Step 6 · Multiply

Make disciples

What you have received, hand to someone else.

The path does not end with a certificate. It ends with a name — someone you walk with. Mentoring is how a church stays alive across generations.

Jesus' last word was go and make disciples. In a small church, that looks like coffee, open Bibles, and showing up for one person for a season.

What you have heard from me in the presence of many witnesses entrust to faithful people who will be able to teach others also.

2 Timothy 2:2

For a mentor conversation

  1. Who poured into you — and what did they actually do?
  2. Who is already in your life that you could walk with more intentionally?
  3. What scares you about mentoring: time, not knowing enough, being needed?
  4. What would a simple four-week rhythm look like that you could keep?
