Read Galatians 5:1–15. Have someone say verse 1 out loud three times. Ask: what yoke is in the room?
Freedom can be lost
Going back to 'if I perform, I belong' is another gospel. Journey will not become a church of spiritual athletes.
What counts
Faith working through love. Not the right badges. Not the unbound appetite either. Both are slavery.
Serve one another
Freedom is not the right to indulge. It is the power to move toward people at cost.

- Where are you still trying to earn a seat at the table?
- What does 'freedom' currently mean in your actual week?
- Who could you serve this week because you are free, not because you are afraid?
